My Babysitter Gave Me Wedgies What Questions Should I Ask The Reference (persons) That A Potential Babysitter Provided For Childcare?

What questions should I ask the reference (persons) that a potential babysitter provided for childcare? - my babysitter gave me wedgies

I opt for a babysitter for my daughter when I go back to work. The nurse gave me three references to the appeal. What questions should I ask one of these references? The sister sits at home and has been in detention for a long time.

Your children are always about how they are treated as a caregiver complains?

Your children are never a problem with other dependent children? If so, how to help solve these problems?

You do not have children in your care? If not, would, again using it when needed?

Let your child come home to prove that he or she sat in a dirty diaper for a long time?

What would you say are the 3 strongest characteristics of caregivers?

What does she say that her children were his strengths?

Have you ever been disappointed by the quality of care for their children?

In what areas do you think that the caregiver can improve?

He was the keeper is that his communications are presented to you about your children and their interactions with other children?

How long it takes work for you?
How many hours per day and a week went to work for you?
Do you already have a problem with that?
Your kids miss him?
Would you re-employ?

How would you describe the house of his sister? It is "too" something? (Dirty, orderly, chaotic, safe, clean, etc. You want that person to master carelessly or too much of a task is. A delicate balance placed to know.)

How will summarize the personality of the person? (Laid Back, hung somewhere in between?)

How does this person respond under pressure?

This is an area in the philosophy of childcare, nanny, and as otherwise agreed to her the difference? Did you feel comfortable with the results?

How well the nurse's instructions to be followed?

Are there other people who have homes that are not directly or go into the care of the children involved? (Your search, your child could be exposed to more evidence.)

Is the nurse, you are correct in the working contact?

Does the nanny have infant and child mortality CPR training?

Is the nanny care for their own children and theirs? How your child feels about this? ( "Yes!Playmates! "O" Uh, which will also get some attention here? ")

Does this caregiver, have children, a swimming pool, where he / she watches the kids? If so, show care and responsibility to restrict the nurse to access and monitor children at all times?

What kind of discipline of the provider? Would you say that he / she is hard or soft? How many children are exposed to providers? (Make sure that you are comfortable with the answer.)

Do you feel that their children are enriched by your service provider for the classroom were cared for? Is certain to hold the doctor to provide a service for your child?

How much do you pay the nanny? She thought it was a good value for the service you received? Find out whether it is more or less than other situations and why they thought it appropriate to pay more or less.

Are you always this babysitter? If not, why not?
