Am i the right weight for my age and height? and how much weight can you loose if you starve yourself? - right weight for age

I weigh 55kg and am 160cm tall am 16 years old and I'm just curious if I am the right weight for my height and age.
my friend is hungry for a week and she drank only energy drinks, when they lost the weight and volume
How long does it take to lose weight through starvation?

Just live your life if you always worry about throwing your weight and try to imagine hell be affected. And is not eating is bad for your health and can ruin the long term

Ok, NEVER starve. Many teens have eating disorders, but not correctly. With a balanced diet and excersise. Eating low fat foods low in calories, with your help, but do not starve. Your body starts to eat, your muscles, it is fragile and weak.
If you think you need to lose weight, then fruit and vegetables, foods high in calories and eating low fat low excersise and you will be well.

55 kg! Yes hun, ur fine, absolutely! Most girls would kill for the weight of the United Kingdom. Be thankful.
Yes, first weight if u starve themselves to lose, but believe me, you can not imagine probs. its complex, but basically the people who die of hunger depleated metabolic end and can not do, no matter what. It is an incredibly difficult to correct.
